Planning a wedding party outing, a buddies trip, or another one-time group event? Sandridge Golf Club lets you lock in your tee times up to 90 days in advance, well ahead of the public booking window. Choose your group size and season below to secure your reservation.
This booking fee applies to one-time events of up to three days booked outside the public window, including wedding parties, buddies trips, and similar group outings.
Booking Fees
May 1 through September 30
Groups of 12 to 16: $200
Groups of 17 to 24: $300
Groups of 25 to 40: $500
October 1 through April 30
Groups of 12 to 16: $300
Groups of 17 to 24: $500
Groups of 25 to 40: $750

The booking fee is non-refundable and is collected at the time of booking.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We know plans can change, and we truly understand. However, a booked tee time is blocked out in our reservation system and can’t be offered to other players, so we can no longer absorb the cost of no-shows.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any tee times, including reductions in group size. If changes or cancellations are not made within this time frame, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable charges. The person reserving the tee times is responsible for collecting reimbursement from any missing players in their group.
