SANDRIDGE GOLF CLUB GROUP LEAGUE
BOOKING POLICY
Group League bookings for 12 players or more only will be considered for group booking.
Repeat Group League bookings will be assessed a booking convenience surcharge for the fiscal year
beginning October 1st as follows:
3 – 4 Tee Times $750.00
5 – 7 Tee Times $1000.00
8 – 9 Tee Times $1250.00
10 – 12 Tee Times $1500.00
13 – 14 Tee Times $1750.00
15 + Tee Times $2000.00
GROUPS PLAYING MULTIPLE DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES AT A 20% REDUCED RATE
FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS.
*ALL BOOKING CONVENIENCE SURCHARGES ARE PER DAY OF WEEK.
NO SHOW/Cancelation Policy:
Sandridge Golf Club realizes that there are many things that can come up in people’s day to day lives.
While truly sympathetic, the golf club cannot absorb the financial responsibility of players not showing
up for booked tee times.
We require a (24) hour advance notice to cancel any tee times, including reductions in group size. If
change or cancellation is not made within this time-frame, the credit card holder is responsible for all
applicable charges. When reservations are booked, it blocks out the available tee time in our
reservation system and leaves us unable to make that time available for another player. We appreciate
your understanding.
** Abuse of tee times must be avoided. As such, threesomes etc. equal a reduction of players able to
play our courses. When the use of threesomes equals a full tee time or greater, the group leader will
receive a warning. After the second occurrence, Sandridge Golf Club will assess a $200 fee to the group.
Group League Booking Cap
Once a 50% saturation of the tee sheet occurs with group bookings, Sandridge Golf Club will not be able
to accept any new groups. Only when a group cancels or decides not to renew for the next fiscal year
will there be an opening for a new Group to be added. A waiting list will be established based on a first
come, first served basis
